S'mores Cookies Recipe

I found this recipe while browsing pastries on Pinterest a couple of days ago so no, this is not my own recipe! Also most of the things I cook/bake are inspired by pinterest posts or recipes I find online.  I usually use a different method or by adding/deducting ingredients from the original recipes.

This treat in particular is probably gonna be a go-to whenever I have a crazy chocolate craving cause these bad boys are so good they'll most definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Plus they are ridiculously easy to make in a short amount of time. If you don't like milk chocolate you can always feel free to use dark chocolate or any different flavored chocolate with this recipe.


- Hershey's chocolate spread 

- Hershey's chocolate bars (I used the XL bars cause I couldn't find the regular sized ones)

- Chocolate Graham Crackers 

- Pillsbury sugar cookies (premade/ usually found in the refrigerated section next to other cookie doughs and dairy products)

- Mini Marshmallows 


1. Roll cookie dough square into a ball and roll them into the graham cracker crumbs. Place in a mini muffin tray & bake at 350 degrees for about 14-16 minutes or until golden. (I didn't have a mini muffin tray so I improvised and used a regular sized muffin tray. But the mini muffin tray will give you more of a cup-like cookie.)  

2. As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, press in the centers gently. After, let them cook for about 5 minutes before using a knife to remove them from the tray. Then you can let them cool completely on a wire rack or on a plate. 

3. Fill the centers with your desired amount of chocolate spread. Top each cookie cup with marshmallows. Broil on high for about 30-45 seconds while keeping an eye on them. BE CAREFUL THEY CAN BURN QUICKLY

4. Remove from the oven and top them with a chocolate square. You may wait until the marshmallows cool to avoid your chocolate square from melting and not staying in place. 

5. Enjoy!
